Online Editor for Magazine Publisher

Key Publishing Group is looking for an Online Editor to add to our editorial staff to drive content of our online properties. This position would also be involved in our two print publications and our international trade shows.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating exclusive online editorial.
• Maintaining HTML pages.
• writing fantastic headlines.
• Support the managing editor on our print publications.
• Being the point person to interface with our web designers and IT support.
• Working closely with our advertising and art departments.

Our ideal candidate would:

• Have experience creating and managing online editorial.
• Be a creative writer with a voice.
• Have amazing ideas.
• Be able to take direction and then follow it through to completion.
• Be capable of handling more than one project at a time under tight deadlines.
• Be proficient with PC and MS Windows programs and skilled in relevant design related programs: Adobe GoLive, Dreamweaver 8 as well as Adobe InDesign.

Prior print experience with a magazine would be a plus.

Travel is sometimes required.
